I have to admit - this is one prize that I would love to keep for myself and not give away!! I have been dying to try coconut oil after hearing it's praises from other food bloggers. And the winner of this prize is going to get their own supply of it!
At Tropical Traditions, they make their coconut oil the traditional way - the way it has been done in the Philippines for hundreds of years. Their virgin coconut oil is unrefined and made from organic coconuts. Wondering what you could use coconut oil for? I've been wanting to try it in cookies since it is much healthier than butter or vegetable oil. But if you want to find a plethora of recipes, check out FreeCoconutRecipes.com.

First, I began using it right after showers as a body/skin moisturizer, then I've begun to consume 3-4 tblspns everyday, and recently I've been using it as a facial moisturizer as well. It truly is undeniably one of the best misinterpreted foods out there that nature has to offer. I only wish people were better informed about it and have begun to explain to people about it every time they ask me why I consume it. I appreciate the work of all the coconut oil producers out there! What a great food.
