I was typing up a post on my other blog this morning, and it got me thinking of some lemon ricotta cookies I made awhile back. Those cookies were so delicious!! And it made me think of this cookbook, and how I need to get it off the shelf and use it again. And then I thought - I should do a giveaway for a copy of this today!!If you are a fan of Giada, you'll want this book! My future MIL is part Italian. She makes delicious baked ziti and stuffed shells and linguine and clams. I also love chicken parmesan and tiramisu (you would think I was Italian with all the Italian food I make at home too)!

It is so hard to choose just one. One of the things I love about pasta is that there are soooo many things you do can do with it. I suppose my very favorite, though, is lasagna. It just seems like great comfort food to me.

I found a delish recipe from Cook's Illustrated called Brown Sugar Cookies that your recipe makes me think of. Too bad my favorite recipes aren't veggie recipes--I always seem to go for the sweets!
