Giada's Kitchen - CLOSED

I was typing up a post on my other blog this morning, and it got me thinking of some lemon ricotta cookies I made awhile back. Those cookies were so delicious!! And it made me think of this cookbook, and how I need to get it off the shelf and use it again. And then I thought - I should do a giveaway for a copy of this today!!

    My favourite Italian dish is probably spicy sausage pasta. It's so easy to make and the added cream makes the sauce feel fancy.

  53. FAVORITE ITALIAN TREAT My Grandmom Angelina bakes the best italian cookies with dozens of eggs and ricotta cheese USUALLY AN EASTER TREAT, but if we are lucky she will make them for a birthday or two each year, LOTS OF WORK..

  92. It is so hard to choose just one. One of the things I love about pasta is that there are soooo many things you do can do with it. I suppose my very favorite, though, is lasagna. It just seems like great comfort food to me.

I found a delish recipe from Cook's Illustrated called Brown Sugar Cookies that your recipe makes me think of. Too bad my favorite recipes aren't veggie recipes--I always seem to go for the sweets!
